Each workshop not only educates, but immerses participants in the local culture and traditions–from blending botanicals for bespoke fragrances to roasting coffee beans that capture signature flavors. Attendees have the unique opportunity to learn directly from renowned experts in their fields – be it winemakers, chefs, bakers, or artisans.

All classes include culinary creations from Appellation co-founder, Chef Charlie Palmer, and wines from some of our very favorite wineries up the road.
