A Reimagined Lodi Landmark
Now Open

Appellation Lodi, California

Appellation Lodi – Wine & Roses Resort and Spa marks the next chapter for one of Lodi’s most beloved destinations. Honoring a century-old legacy, the reimagined resort embraces a culinary-first approach to hospitality, deeply rooted in the region’s agricultural richness.
Set on seven lush acres in the heart of California’s “Zinfandel Capital,” the newly renovated guest rooms feature warm, artisanal touches that reflect Lodi’s natural beauty and classic heritage. The resort is home to two signature Charlie Palmer restaurants: Maison Lodi, a French-inspired bakery and market housed in a classic California farmhouse, and Americana House, a modern take on the iconic Towne House Restaurant, offering seasonal, locally sourced cuisine in a welcoming, refined setting.

In continued partnership with longtime owners Russ and Kathryn Munson, Appellation has introduced expanded culinary gardens, immersive Crafted at Appellation programming, and new signature food and wine experiences—all designed to highlight and support local makers. With the evolution of Wine & Roses Spa into a premier destination for wellness, guests are invited to explore, unwind, and connect through the lens of food, craft, and community.
