When is Hotel MOHI by Appellation opening?
Hotel MOHI by Appellation will debut in early winter 2026. Beginning in summer 2025, we will start accepting bookings for corporate offsites, executive retreats, incentive trips, and full property buyouts.
Can I tour the hotel before it opens?
Absolutely. We’re offering private hard hat tours during construction so you can preview the space, experience the design vision, and get inspired.
Do you offer arranged transportation?
Yes, by all means. Our concierge team will be able to provide transportation options for shuttles and limos, and can also arrange Morgan Hill Wine Trolley services.
We’re interested in having Chef Charlie Palmer host and personally cook for our meeting and event. Is that possible?

Can we have live music at night on the Pool Deck or Outdoor Courtyard?
The answer is yes, so long as you end acoustic music at 10 pm.
What is your room block minimum for meeting packages?
We can customize just about anything you want, but ideally five rooms or more constitute a meeting room block.
