Cheese & Wine Pairing Workshop
Appellation Lodi - Wine & Roses is pleased to partner with Cheese Central for an engaging cheese-and-wine experience designed for both education and enjoyment. Guests will explore the art of pairing artisan cheeses with thoughtfully selected wines while learning the fundamentals of flavor, texture, aging, and complementary pairings.
Following a guided tasting of four cheeses and wines, guests will create their own individual charcuterie boards featuring artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, nuts, olives, crackers, and specialty accompaniments. Along the way, the presenter will share professional styling techniques and entertaining insights for creating a beautifully balanced board. This hands-on experience brings together culinary education, wine appreciation, and creativity for a memorable evening of gathering.
