Coming to Your Senses: The Sensory Apothecary
In Ayurveda, the senses are not receptors — they are passages into the body, memory, and self. At Andys Beeline Terrace, Cimeran Kapur leads a small group of ten from Appellation's culinary garden to the apothecary table and inward. You'll read plants through color, scent, and texture, then explore a curated collection of Ayurvedic herbs and botanicals through all your senses. You'll handcraft two personalized sachets shaped by an intention you set at the start — one to brew as a tea you taste in the room, one to take home for the bath or pillow. The session closes with a guided meditation of music, breath, and scent, and a short journaling reflection.
