After training at prestigious culinary schools and working in a Michelin-starred restaurant, Chef Bellec embarked on a 20-year journey with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and is an honoree of a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and Académie Culinaire de France.

A James Beard House Guest Chef and DiRōNA Award recipient, he is recognized for his modern, plant-forward sensibility and his talent for bringing a clear, ingredient-focused vision to the plate. Known as much for his leadership and mentorship as his craft, Intonato guides his team with creativity, discipline, and a deep respect for seasonality and regional character.

Growing up in a culinary family, Reed's foundation was built at The Culinary Institute of America, followed by a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. His culinary journey shaped him through globally renowned kitchens including Single Thread, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, One White Street, Amass in Copenhagen, and Ilis in Brooklyn.
Each experience deepened his commitment to seasonality and innovation while drawing inspiration from his father, Chef Charlie Palmer.
