Sheana Davis is an award-winning cheesemaker, culinary educator, and founder of The Epicurean Connection in Sonoma, California. With 30+ years of experience, she develops culturally thoughtful recipes and teaches cheese and butter classes internationally. She’s collaborated with global brands on wine-pairing recipes, developed curricula with the USA Cheese Guild, and created the ACS award-winning Delice de la Vallee. Sheana is known for her hands-on demos and passion for community-driven, zero-waste culinary education.
