Nick Castelli is the passionate owner and roastmaster behind Wolf Coffee, Sonoma County’s beloved family-roastery. In 2018, Nick left his corporate career to lead Wolf’s new chapter, blending culinary sensibility with coffee craft.

Born and raised in New York amidst Italian family traditions, Nick’s love for flavor and convivial meals has deeply shaped his approach to coffee.
