Reed Palmer is Chef de Cuisine at Folia Bar & Kitchen, bringing hyperlocal sourcing and whole-ingredient cooking to his hometown of Healdsburg with a passion for storytelling through food. Growing up in a culinary family, his foundation was built at The Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University, with experience at globally renowned kitchens including Single Thread, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Amass in Copenhagen.
