Join us for a monthly morning meditation and sound bath at the Grange overlooking our lawn and surrounded by Sonoma County's natural beauty. This guided ritual is designed to quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect you with a sense of grounding, calm, and inner renewal. Begin your day with intention as healing sounds wash over you, creating space for mindfulness and peaceful reflection. Open to all levels, ages 14 and up. $35 per ticket.

Class Details

Class approach: Guided meditation and sound bath experience at The Grange surrounded by natural beauty just outside the doors
Open to all levels, ages 14 and up: Beginners, experienced practitioners, and those with minor injuries or physical limitations
Complimentary amenities: Yoga mat and water station provided
